RESPONSIBLE GAMING

Responsible attitude towards gambling

Participation in gambling should be reasonable, with the player having to control his/her gambling at all times. To do so, we invite you to put into practice the following recommendations:

Gaming should be considered as mere entertainment only and in no case as an easy and safe method of making money;
Play only the amount of money that you can really afford to lose. Do not use the money associated with such important expenses as food, rent, bills or school fees;
Keep a detailed record of the amounts of money wagered;
Never try to recover your losses. If you lose money, do not try to win it back by betting higher amounts of money;
If you need help, limit the monthly amount proposed by some operators in order to regulate your legal expenses.
To find out if you have a gambling addiction problem, please ask yourself the following questions:

Is the time spent gambling usually time designated for work and/or studies?
Do you gamble with the intention of winning money to cover other debts or to solve financial problems?
After you have lost a gamble, do you feel the need to gamble again immediately?
Do you usually gamble all the money you have at that time?
Have you ever been on a occasion when you have lent, stolen or lied to finance gambling?
Have you ever made any sales to finance gambling?
Have you ever lost interest in your family and/or loved ones?
Have you ever gambled to escape problems, conflicts, frustrations and/or disappointments?
Do you tend to get impatient easily and/or even irritable the more you gamble?
Does the idea that you are already a gambler depress you?
If you answered “Yes” to many of these questions, you may be experiencing a gambling addiction or problem gambling. If this is the case for you, please do not hesitate to contact any of the following organizations immediately.
